You will learn fast some people on here think Lebron didn't lead the Heat to 4 straight finals, they think Wade led us(not Lebron) andthat Wade  taught Lebron everything lol.

The quintessential Wade hater speaketh. Wade was instrumental in helping James deal with all the negativity after the "decision" and gave him sage advice about how to be a champion, especially after losing to Dallas in the finals. LeBron really leaned on Wade in those tough times and Wade did teach him a lot and showed LeBron what being a champion was all about. Not too many guys on here fail to give James the credit he is due for the two championships the Heat won.

How does that make those "star" players better, especially when those star players no longer play the way they did that made them stars. Big difference between creating team continuity vs. making other players "better."

Its not about individuals being better, its about the TEAM being better. Doing whatever you gotta do to make sure the TEAM is playing to their fullest potential. Even if that means your own individual stats take a dip.
